The biggest and best of life lies in the places of grey.  Black and white, as a philosophy, is where our attention is drawn yet the truth of all life often sits within the dimensions of grey.  Life is an infinite spectrum, a continuum in which the outliers of black and white are merely an anomaly.  How often does the black and white cause friction when the shade of gray is, in fact, holding truth.  This may be spiritual endeavour or the categorisation of a child with autism.  Ignoring subtleties and variances never brings us to a correct conclusion and I wonder if we are blind to greys as some species are to colour...
